Uploading documents to sharepoint using RedWood \ CPS

Hi,

Does anyone know how to (automatic) upload documents to a Sharepoint document folder using Redwood or CPS.

As far as I can see there are 4 options to upload document's:

1. HTTP (via the upload page) => in my case not able to automate...
2. WebDAV  => tried that, but only possible from a Windows system + problem to store userid+Passw, so no automatic logon.
3. Web Services No experience, possible from RedWood?
4. The object model No experience, could be an option from RedWood directly or EFT?

Direct FTP seems not an option.

We use Sharepoint 2010.

Can someone answer if this is possible in RedWood and give a direction how the achieve this?
